CyberLynk Network Engineers will be performing a planned maintenance within CyberLynk’s Milwaukee, Wisconsin (MKE1) Datacenter.

Start Time: 02:00 AM CST (12/10/2017)
End Time: 06:00 AM CST (12/10/2017)
Services affected: Internet Connectivity, BGP & Local Routing
Location: MKE1
Duration: 4 hour

Although we expect the downtime to be minimal, we ask that you plan accordingly due to possible unforeseen occurrences during the maintenance window. CyberLynk’s goal is to successfully complete the task and restore service within the stated time frame.

  • Performing IOS upgrades to edge routers
  • Performing IOS upgrades to core routers
  • Performing IOS upgrades to access switches
  • Connecting several new Cisco Access Switches to 10Gbps backbone
  • Deploying new core router equipment for DC3 expansion

Access to your servers and/or service(s) within our Milwaukee, WI (MKE1) datacenter will be available during this scheduled maintenance window. However, at times you may experience slowdowns while traffic is shifted to redundant devices & other bandwidth providers. Most customers will only experience 10-15 minutes of downtime as network & BGP peering sessions are reestablished.
