Network Maintenance Notification (MKE1 & PHX1) – February/22/2015

CyberLynk Network Engineers will be performing a planned maintenance within CyberLynk’s Milwaukee, Wisconsin (MKE1) and Phoenix, Arizona (PHX1) Datacenters.

Date: Sunday, February 22, 2015 (02/22/2015)
Start Time: 02:00 AM CST / 01:00 AM MST
End Time: 05:00 AM CST / 04:00 AM MST
Services affected: Internet Connectivity
Location: MKE1 & PHX1
Duration: 3 hour

Although we expect the downtime to be minimal, we ask that you plan accordingly due to possible unforeseen occurrences during the maintenance window. CyberLynk’s goal is to successfully complete the task and restore service within the stated time frame.

We apologize for any inconvenience that you may experience. We value your business and care about your satisfaction as a CyberLynk Customer. Please be assured all CyberLynk authorized maintenance activities are to ensure optimal performance of our network facilities and equipment.

Please refer to the following information for planned activities:

  • Performing IOS upgrades to all of the edge routers
  • Performing IOS upgrades to all of the core routers

Access to your servers and/or service(s) within our Milwaukee, WI (MKE1) and Phoenix, AZ (PHX1) datacenters will be available during this scheduled maintenance window. However, at times you may experience slowdowns while traffic is shifted to the redundant device.

Our Phoenix (PHX1) datacenter will be upgraded first and once all the devices are completed our engineers will then be upgrading our Milwaukee (MKE1) datacenter. Customers with redundant/fail over services between both datacenters should remain online during the maintenance window.
