CyberLynk Network Engineers will be performing a planned maintenance within CyberLynk’s Milwaukee, Wisconsin (MKE1) Datacenter.

Start Time: 02:00 AM CST
End Time: 05:00 AM CST
Services affected: Internet Connectivity
Location: MKE1
Duration: 3 hour
Although we expect the downtime to be minimal, we ask that you plan accordingly due to possible unforeseen occurrences during the maintenance window. CyberLynk’s goal is to successfully complete the task and restore service within the stated time frame.

- Each edge & core router will be rebooted one at a time
Access to your servers and/or service(s) within our Milwaukee, WI (MKE1) datacenter will be available during this scheduled maintenance window. However, at times you may experience slowdowns while traffic is shifted to the redundant device. If your service does not include or you have not purchased a redundant connection to the Internet you may experience 10-15 minutes of downtime as the router you are connected to is rebooted.
