CyberLynk Network Engineers will be performing a planned maintenance within CyberLynk’s Milwaukee, Wisconsin (MKE1) Datacenter.

Start Time: 10:00 PM CST (03/25/2016)
End Time: 02:00 AM CST (03/26/2016)
Services affected: Internet Connectivity & BGP
Location: MKE1
Duration: 4 hour

Although we expect the downtime to be minimal, we ask that you plan accordingly due to possible unforeseen occurrences during the maintenance window. CyberLynk’s goal is to successfully complete the task and restore service within the stated time frame.

  • Time Warner Cable Maintenance Window (updating core network equipment)
  • ATT Maintenance Window (updating core network equipment)
  • Mac Mini Vault – F Cabinet Power Maintenance

Access to your servers and/or service(s) within our Milwaukee, WI (MKE1) datacenter will be available during this scheduled maintenance window. However, at times you may experience slowdowns while traffic is shifted to redundant devices & other bandwidth providers and BGP peering with ATT & TWC are added & removed. If your service does not include or you have not purchased a redundant connection to the Internet you may experience 10-15 minutes of downtime as BGP peering sessions are reestablished.
