CyberLynk is excited to announce that our client portal, billing system and support ticket system are going to be upgraded on February 19th from 2PM CST to 10PM CST. While CyberLynk engineers are busy upgrading these portals, support response times might be slower than normal. Please be assured that CyberLynk is taking this upgrade seriously and we will have engineers in place to answer your support concerns during this time frame.
This upgrade signifies our constant desire to provide our customers with the easiest methods of online account management, simplified ordering processes and the ability to open support tickets via our client portal and email.
CyberLynk’s client portal can be found via http://secure.cyberlynk.net/ to view/pay invoices, order new services, open support tickets, manage your CyberLynk account along with many other features.
You can also send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and a support ticket will be opened.
Note, during the maintenance window mentioned above our client portal and ticket system will be unavailable.
