CyberLynk Network Engineers will be performing a planned maintenance within CyberLynk’s Milwaukee, Wisconsin (MKE1) Datacenter.

Start Time: 02:00 AM CST (01/15/2017)
End Time: 06:00 AM CST (01/15/2017)
Services affected: Internet Connectivity & Local Fiber Backbone Networking
Location: MKE1
Duration: 4 hour

Although we expect the downtime to be minimal, we ask that you plan accordingly due to possible unforeseen occurrences during the maintenance window. CyberLynk’s goal is to successfully complete the task and restore service within the stated time frame.

  • CyberLynk Fiber Internet Backbone Maintenance
  • Performing IOS upgrades to all of the core routers
  • Installing several new Cisco 3750-X Access Switches
  • Moving certain colocation customer cross connects to new networking backbone hardware

Access to your servers and/or service(s) within our Milwaukee, WI (MKE1) datacenter will be available during this scheduled maintenance window. However, at times you may experience slowdowns while traffic is shifted to redundant devices & other bandwidth providers. Most customers will only experience 10-15 minutes of downtime as network & BGP peering sessions are reestablished.
