CyberLynk Network Engineers will be performing a planned maintenance within CyberLynk’s Phoenix, Arizona (PHX1) Datacenter.

Start Time: 9:00 PM MST (Mar/13/2019)
End Time: 2:00 AM MST (Mar/14/2019)
Services affected: ALL SERVICES – Network Connectivity
Duration: 5 hours
Although we expect the downtime to be minimal, we ask that you plan accordingly due to possible unforeseen occurrences during the maintenance window. CyberLynk’s goal is to successfully complete the task and restore service within the stated time frame, with minimal impact to CyberLynk services.

Access to your servers and/or service(s) within our Phoenix, AZ (PHX1) datacenter will be available during this scheduled maintenance window. However, at times you may experience slowdowns while traffic is shifted to redundant devices & other bandwidth providers. Most customers will only experience 10-15 minutes of downtime as network & BGP peering sessions are reestablished. CyberLynk will only be performing network maintenance event. Servers will not be rebooted during this maintenance window except for mac minis as needed to replace PDUs. Power cycling your VPS or dedicated server(s) will only cause additional down time.
