Services affected: Internet Connectivity & BGP
Location: PHX1
Duration: 1 hour

Although we expect the downtime to be minimal, we ask that you plan accordingly due to possible unforeseen occurrences during the maintenance window. CyberLynk’s goal is to successfully complete the task and restore service within the stated time frame.

Access to your servers and/or service(s) within our Phoenix, AZ (PHX1) datacenter will be available during this scheduled maintenance window. However, at times you may experience slowdowns while traffic is shifted to redundant devices & other bandwidth providers. Certain customers may experience complete loss of connectivity during part of the maintenance window for up to 30 minutes. Most customers will only experience 10-15 minutes of downtime as network & BGP peering sessions are reestablished.
